	Howard Ellington has been in the insurance and financial services business since 1964. He has received the professional designation of Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant from The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA. A Life member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table, Howard’s knowledge and experience cover a wide area ranging from employee benefits consulting to estate and financial planning.

Cathy Ellington - Owner / Principal
	Cathy Ellington has been in the Insurance Business for over 15 years and has broad knowledge and experience in personal lines and property liability coverage. When the top Brokers in the Real Estate community refer an insurance agent, they always turn to Cathy. Her ability to problem solve coupled with her deep commitment to her clients has earned her the respect and gratitude of countless people. Jennifer Culberson - Commercial Lines
	Jennifer Culberson, daughter and step-daughter - respectively of Cathy and Howard Ellington - grew up in the insurance business - therefore her affiliation with the agency was a natural career progression. Erika Rasmussen - Customer Service Representative
	Erika Rasmussen is a licensed property and casualty agent and has been in the customer service field for 13 years. At Ellington & Associates Erika focuses on personal insurance needs, especially luxury autos and scheduled valuables. She is a Triangle native and an ECU Pirate who’s going back to NCSU for a business degree.  Erika lives with her little dog, Lovey Howell.

Matt Brearley - Intern
	Matt Brearley is a Senior in the College of Management at NC State University, where he is concentrating in finance and marketing. Matt is thinking of possibly pursuing a career in the insurance business and is interning with us to learn as much as possible. He graduated from Green Hope High School in 2003 and lives in Raleigh.
